  • Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a secondary email notification containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times We ship directly to your door anywhere in Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows: 

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Wide): 5 – 12 business days.

Order Tracking Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can track your parcel's journey at any time directly through our website or Australia Post.

Incorrect Shipping Details Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@pawspringpets.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please inspect your package upon delivery and contact our support team right away with photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
